This is one our moat popular models. This southern style home has a nice double car garage with the entry way into the home through the sun room. From there you enter into a beautiful but pratical kitchen that has lots of storage and an island bar as the focal point. The 23x17 living/ 9x17 dining room is large enough to entertain in and small enough to be cozy. A 5' hallway leads to a  standard bathroom and a wider hall area that leads to two 11x11   bedrooms. The 16x14 master bedroom is fit for a king and queen and all their furniture. The 9x10 master bath is oversized with a large walkin closet. The sun room and the master bedroom both open into a 16x8 theraputic hot tub room that also has a sitting area.
